Prior to setting up MD Handyman, Martin worked within the leisure industry for 27 years. During the course of his career he has worked in a number of areas ranging from attendant through to Duty Manager and spent 12 years working on the maintenance team to ensure the leisure facilities operate smoothly and ensuring that the facilities continue to be safe for the general public to utilise.

Over the years Martin has developed a variety of skills which range from changing plugs through to large scale projects such as refurbishing changing room facilities, kitchens, and office spaces.
